EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) : Rs 6,000/- (a) The above EMD shall be furnished in the form of Cash/DD/FDR in favour of Comdt, COD Chheoki valid for a period of 90 days from the date of Tender opening. (b) If the tenderer desirer to furnish Cash deposit towards the EMD, they should deposit the amount in Finance Section of COD Chheoki before 1300 hrs on date of opening of tender or earliest and obtain money receipt which should be enclosed to the tender.
