Badmal requesting for tender documents are to be submitted to the General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Badmal, PO: O.F. Badmal, Distt: Bolangir, Orissa, PIN: 767 770, so as to reach up to 4.00PM on any working day up to 06/11/2008. 03. Tenderers willing to apply for pre-qualification for the work mentioned above are required to submit credential documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer for its (i) valid registration under appropriate class, (ii) work experience for completed similar execution in the past and (iii) financial standing as per the following guidelines for pre-qualification. (i) Three completed similar works / civil works & Bldg. works each costing not less than Rs. 3.26 lakhs in the last seven (07) years ending 30th Sept’ 2008. OR (ii) Two completed similar works / civil works & Bldg. works each costing not less than Rs. 4.08 lakhs in the last seven (07) years ending 30th Sept’ 2008. OR (iii) One completed similar work / civil work & Bldg. work costing not less than Rs. 6.52 lakhs in the last seven (07) years ending 30th Sept’ 2008. AND (iv) Average annual financial turn over during the last three years ending 31st March 2008 should be at least Rs. 2.45 lakh. 04. Applications received after due date and time shall not be entertained. 05. Application without complete and relevant information is liable to be rejected. The applicant contractor shall not become automatically entitled for issue of tender by virtue of enclosing Demand Draft towards cost of tender along with the application. 06. General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Badmal reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.
