PUBLIC NOTICE FOR SALE ( BY PUBLIC TENDER)
(In terms of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act
,2002 (SARFAESI) read with rule 6,7 ,8 & 9 of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002).
Pursuant to the possession of the properties/Secured assets detailed herein below, having
been taken by the undersigned Authorised Officer of Punjab & Sind Bank,the secured creditor,
Under section 13(4) of SARFAESI Act, 2002) for recovery of secured debts of Punjab & Sind
Bank as mentioned here below with cost and charges, it has been decided by the undersigned
to sell the properties mentioned here below by public tender for recovery of the aforesaid
amounts alongwith interest. Interested parties are invited by the undersigned to participate in
the said tenders for purchase of the following properties on “As is where is basis” and “As is
what is basis”.

Extract of terms and conditions appearing in Tender Documents.
1.The tenderer or his authorized representative has to deposit 10% of the reserve price
mentioned herein above for each of the said properties separately as Earnest Money
Deposit (EMD) which will not carry any interest.
2.The Authorised Officer may retain EMD of top three tenderers upto 2 months from the
date of opening of the tenders.
3.The successful tenderer will be required to deposit 25% of the sale price within 48
hours by way of cash/draft upon declaration that his tender is the highest after adjusting
the EMD paid already. Upon failure of the highest bidder to deposit the 25% of the sale
price within prescribed period, the properties will be confirmed to the tenderer who
offered the next highest price and the EMD of the previous highest tenderer shall be
forfeited.
4.The balance amount 75% of the sale price is to be paid within 15 days of the
confirmation of the same or such extended period as permitted upon in writing by the
Authorised Officer. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount of sale price within
the prescribed period, the amounts deposited as per clause 3 here in above shall be
forfeited.
5.On confirmation of sale by the secured creditor and if the terms of the payment have
been complied with the Authorised Officer exercising the power of sale shall issue a
certificate of sale of the aforesaid properties in favour of the purchaser.
6.The Authorised officer is not bound to accept the highest offer or all the offers and
may reject the same without assigning any reason thereof. In case all the tenders are
rejected Authorised officer can negotiate with any of the tenderer or other parties for
sale of the properties by private treaty.
7.All attendant charges including Registration, stamp duty / taxes etc. shall be
exclusively borne by the purchaser.
8.The secured creditor does not in any way warrant the fitness, quality or usability of
the properties being sold.
9.A copy of the complete particulars of terms & conditions of sale is available with
concerned branch between 10.00 AM to 4.30PM in week days & 10.00 AM to 1.30PM on
Saturdays free of cost.
10.A copy of the complete particulars of terms & conditions of sale is also available in
the website of the secured creditor at www.psbindia.com in which may be
downloaded . The prospective tenderers are in their own interest advised to refer to the
tender documents available with concerned branch for any clarifications.
11.The Bank shall not be responsible for any error, omission in this proclamation.
