Package I contains a) SS Piping (pipe in pipe construction) and b) Civil works (RCC N45grade) of approx 70% value. Hence the intending bidder should have carried out similar works of appropriate value along with piping and civil works. It is proposed to consider the experience of SS piping works as major factor, considering the quality/ importance and the value of the site works with FIM though the apparent value of civil works is high. If it is proposed to carry out in collaboration with any other firm for civil works, complete details of such collaborator should be furnished. However, WO will be placed only on the main bidder and all correspondence will be made to the main bidder. The collaborator shall give such irrevocable undertaking that he will work in unison with main bidder to complete the works. This is essential requirement for Package-I works. Package II contains SS piping, CS (IBR/non IBR) Piping works and fabrication and installation of MS pipe rack for the above piping. The intending bidder can quote for either of the packages or both the packages depending on fulfillment of the eligibility criteria indicated against each package below. Experience of having completed similar works as detailed above during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following: a)Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Package I : Piping104lakhs, Civil 256lakhs Package II : Piping&Structural 158lakhs Both Packages: Piping262lakhs Civil 256lakhs Or b)Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Package I:Piping130lakhs Civil 320lakhs Package II:Piping&Structural 198lakhs Both Packages: Piping 328lakhs Civil 320lakhs Or c)One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Package I:Piping 208lakhs, Civil 512lakhs Package II:Piping&Structural 316lakhs Both Packages:Piping 524lakhs Civil 512lakhs.
