Eligible Contractors from the approved list of Department of Posts, eligible contractors of DOP and those of appropriate list of CPWD BSNL, MES Railways and Delhi State PWD for building works. 2. All the intending tenderers other than those enlisted in DOP shall have to fulfill the criteria of satisfactory execution of works as given below : ( i ) Three Similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to the tender or (ii) Two Similar works, each of value not less than 60% of estimated cost or (iii) One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work in the last 7 years ending 30-06-2010 3. Application received from a person or firm holding general power of attorney on behalf, such contractors shall not be accepted. 4. The Contractors shall submit list of works completed of the requisite magnitude along with attested copies of Certificates /testimonials of their satisfactory completion, from the department concerned obtained from an officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer, in charge of the work while applying for issue of tender forms. 5. Eligible Contractors OR Agencies are required to apply in prescribed tender issuance application available free of cost from the division office. This application must be accompanied with the attested copies of following documents, which are subject to verification before & after the sale of tender : A Valid Registration/Enlistment documents for respective region. B Valid Sales Tax Certificate of Registration issued by Works Contract Cell of Sales Tax Department of the local Govt. at the place of work. C Partnership deed notified by Notary Public D PAN Card The enlistment of the contractors should be valid on the last date of sale of tenders. In case only the last date of sale of tender is extended, the enlistment of contractor should be valid on the original date of sale of tenders.
